• Event delivery - catering arrangements, session capacity planning
• Post-event follow-up - certificate issuance, event materials distribution (only with consent)
• Marketing communications - future event notifications (only with explicit consent)
• Sponsor sharing - sharing registration details with event sponsors (only with explicit consent)

4. Consent

For processing activities that require consent, we obtain your explicit, granular consent through separate checkboxes during registration. Each consent is:

• Separately obtained for each purpose
• Not pre-selected
• Not a condition for event registration (except for the privacy policy agreement)
• Freely withdrawable at any time

You can withdraw any consent by contacting us via www.tesa.or.th. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

All cross-border transfers are subject to appropriate data protection safeguards as required by Thailand's PDPA and the EU GDPR.

7. Data Retention
